Bidder Questions:

Can I bid if I'm not in the US?

Yes! As long as you have registered with a valid credit card on file, you can bid from anywhere.

Can I buy a car that didn't meet the reserve?

No, if the reserve is not met the car cannot be purchased.  Many sellers will relist the vehicle with a lower reserve.

 Can I cancel my bid?

Sorry, no bid can be canceled. Please be very careful when placing your bid.

Can I contact a seller after an auction has closed?

Sorry, Bidnanza does not provide a seller’s contact information after an auction has closed.

How can I inspect a car?

Bidnanza recommends and encourages all potential bidders to inspect a car prior to placing a bid. Once the auction is over, unless the vehicle looks nothing like what the seller’s pictures represent, you are obligated to purchase the vehicle. Unless you know the seller and trust the description and photos, it is wise to inspect or have the vehicle inspected before you bid.

Seller Questions:

Can I bid on my own listing?

Sorry, the seller may not bid on their own vehicles. Bidnanza is able to monitor bidding and the user accounts from which bids are placed to ensure this doesn’t happen.

Can I cancel my auction once it's live?

Bidnanza requires all listings to be exclusive to Bidnanza. Since inspections are permitted, we cannot allow a seller to cancel a listing. Should you make your ad live and change your mind immediately under certain time restrictions, you may request a cancellation by emailing us. If, however, any bid has been placed or questions have been asked and answered, your auction will need to continue.

Can I edit my auction ad submission?

Yes, you may edit your auction ad. Bidnanza reviews all auction ads for accuracy and objectionable language.  Should we find an issue, your ad will be removed until you correct it. You can always add more pictures or add more to your description.

 Can I lower my reserve?

Yes, you may lower your reserve.

Can I relist my car if it doesn't sell?

Yes, you may relist your vehicle at no charge one more time. Should you want to relist more than that, you will be charged a relist fee of $35 per listing.

General Questions:

How can I edit and change my profile?

Yes, you can change your profile, including your password, email address, and credit card, at any time.

How can I change my username?

Usernames, except in special circumstances, cannot be changed. If you need your username changed, please email us, and we will try to assist you.

How do I contact you?

Please email us at info@bidnanza.com. Bidnanza should reply quickly. In some instances, we will call you.

What is the difference between an “auction” vehicle and a “buy it” vehicle?

Auction: a vehicle that the seller puts up for auction. It will be sold to the highest bidder, provided the reserve is met. There are two types of car auctions: an auction with a reserve and an auction with no reserve.

Buy It: The seller puts their vehicle up for auction as usual, but they will accept a certain price to buy it now. If a buyer chooses to buy now, the auction is over, and the bidder is now the successful buyer.

It is easy to use Bidnanza. You can find the type of auction sale you want. Users can filter by auction sale type that they want. You can filter auctions with or without reserves and auctions that also offer the buy now option.

How will I know if I won the live auction?

As the highest bidder, or if you select BUY NOW, you will receive an email notification congratulating you on your purchase. Your presence on Bidnanza will also show you your purchase history.

Can I cancel a Buy It I placed on a car?

You cannot cancel any Buy Now orders. Once the Buy Now button is selected, the auction is closed, and you are responsible for completing the sale. Please be sure you want to buy the vehicle before you commit to buying it!

Do I need a security deposit before I bid on, make an offer on, or buy a car?

No security deposit is needed to bid; you just need an active credit card on file with Bidnanza. Some sellers require a non-refundable deposit at the end of the auction. Please read the seller's ad carefully to understand the seller's deposit terms, if any.

Can I lose my deposit?

Your deposit and successful buyer's premium will be forfeited if you do not complete the purchase. Please bid carefully and only commit to purchases you intend to complete.

 What is a "reserve"?

The reserve price is the lowest amount your vehicle or item will be sold for. If the reserve is not met or surpassed, the sale ends with no winner. The seller may lower their reserve during the auction.

How long is the auction once it goes live?

Auctions typically last for at least 3,7 or 14 days it is the seller's choice; however, Bidnanza reserves the right to make an auction longer or shorter at our discretion.

The auction has ended, and my vehicle or item was sold. What happens now?

The buyer and seller will receive emails saying congratulations and letting them know the auction has been completed. Bidnanza will provide each other's contact information. At this point, the buyer and seller will communicate directly to complete the transaction. Both buyers and sellers will also have their profiles noted as to the success of the sale.

Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the buyer and seller negotiate otherwise prior to the auction ending.

Why do I have to agree to the terms and conditions?

It is up to you. If you want to participate in auctions on Bidnanza, all users must agree to follow all the terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not register, bid, or put your vehicle up for auction. The Terms and Conditions are important to ensure Bidnanza is a fair, honest, and equal site.

Can I buy your book?

Sorry, the book is out of stock; however, I understand you might find one on Amazon. We will post when it is back in stock. Good luck bidding.
